CUISINE & CIE was founded in 2013. It is the sister company of the very chic and very Parisian Fleur de METS, and a subsidiary of the Coser Group, which is established in France and Belgium. The French group (1976) specialises in the events catering trades (caterer, commercial catering and management of reception and conference areas).

The complementary nature of our activities, more than seventy catering venues and 5000 m² of production laboratories in Paris, Brussels, Liège and Ghent…, enables us to generate great synergies in the service of our clients.


THE MORE THE MERRIER…  Up to 5,000 people and more! This represents our production laboratory’s capacity in number of meals per day. The site was completely revamped in the summer of 2016. It is in line with European standards and is currently in the course of ISO 22000 certification.
ON THE PIANO! Ma non solo, the chef, Philippe, and his team, devise and dream up an urbane, nomadic catering, a state-of-the-art fusion, to be shared in every format: standing, seated, in picnics, cocktail parties, dinners, for after, for before… but always with pleasure and generosity!
  PARIS IS A PARTY!   Sophie is head of Parisian venues at CUISINE & CIE. She is like the group’s random access memory and will find THE venue to suit you! With a swimming pool, a view, a club in the basement? We are recommended by over a hundred sites and constantly on the lookout for rising venues in the Grand Paris area!
